I'm Jess, and I love coffee and cozy spaces.

I created a place that combines pleasure, vegan food,

and respect for the environment.

During my year to Sweden, I was really inspired by the local culture. That’s when the name "Nöje," which means "pleasure," came to me.

It perfectly represents what I want to offer through vegan food: a tasty experience full of flavors, with no compromise on taste.

My goal is to show that you can eat vegan and still enjoy every bite! Here, every dish is created to be tasty  and kind to the planet & the animals.

I want this place to feel like a cozy, welcoming spot where everyone can hang out and enjoy simple, flavorful, and ethical food.
