The birth of a dream.
My name is Jess, and NÖJE was born from a passion for vegan food and the belief that eating well doesn't mean giving up on flavor or joy.
During a year spent in Sweden, I fell in love with a culture that puts everyday wellbeing first. That's when the name came to me: nöje, meaning "pleasure" in Swedish. A simple word that says everything I want this place to be.
NÖJE is a home away from home, a pause in your day, a place to connect. Everything is homemade, from morning bread to pickles, pastries to lunch dishes, using local, seasonal ingredients. A safe and inclusive space, open to everyone.
